Our Process

  • Step 1. Book

    Reserve through our online form(recommended), by email info@kashukacarrental.com, or over the phone (+255 764 139 040).

  • Step 2. Confirmation

    Once we receive your booking details, we will review them and send your confirmation along with the next steps.

  • Step 3. Payment

    When your confirmation is finalized, we will send you details on how you can make your payment using the options below:
    - Credit & Debit: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
    - Digital & Mobile: PayPal, PesaPal, and M-Pesa

  • NOTE: Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

    - Booking Deposit: Required to hold your vehicle. The remaining balance is due by your pickup date.
    - Cancellations & No-Shows: If you do not show up, or if you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, 100% of your deposit will be retained as a fee, and the remainder will be refunded to your original payment method.

- Booking Deposit: A booking deposit is required to hold your vehicle. The remaining balance is due by your pickup date.
- Cancellations & No-Shows: If you do not show up, or if you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, 100% of your deposit will be retained as a fee , and the remainder will be refunded to your original payment method.

Kashuka Car Rental will deduct funds from your deposit under the following conditions:
Cancellations & No-Shows: If you do not show up, or if you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Physical Damage: New scratches, dents, or cracked windshields found upon return..
Fuel Shortages: Returning the vehicle with less fuel than when it was picked up.
Late Returns: Keeping the car past your agreed hourly return deadline.
Cleaning Fees: Excessive dirt, stains, or evidence of smoking inside the vehicle.

Yes. For your safety and the security of our fleet, all Kashuka Car Rental vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems. This data is only accessed in emergencies, cases of theft, or to verify roadside assistance locations.

Yes, all our rental vehicles are comprehensively insured, which includes collision damage and theft protection as required by Tanzanian law.

For chauffeur-driven rentals, you typically only need a valid ID or Passport. Unlike self-drive, you generally won't need to worry about International Driving Permits.
